Rotary Attendance Rules

Attendance at Rotary Club meetings is an essential factor in maintaining the Rotary Fellowship.   A minimum of 60% attendance in the two six-month periods of the calendar year (July-December and January-June) is therefore regarded as essential to club membership.

Four consecutive unexcused or non-made up absences automatically forfeits membership.  Only the Board of Directors, upon written request, can make exceptions to this International rule.  Rotary members can make up a missed meeting by attending any Rotary Club in the world.  The makeup must be within two weeks before or two weeks after the missed meeting.
