Sergeant At Arms (SAA) in the Rotary Club of Joliet is the chief enforcement officer of Club rules and customs. Members are encouraged to: attend meetings; wear Rotary pin; participate in Club and community projects; and share in fellowship. Weekly SAA duties include checking member attendance, and raising funds for the Charitable Grants committee through happy dollars and fines for: member public accomplishments; member newsmakers; other methods.
