Rotarians Help With Mobile Food Pantry

On Tuesday, June 12, the Joliet Rotary Club sponsored a mobile food pantry from the Northern Illinois Food bank.  The event was held at the Warren Sharp Center in Joliet.  A great display of hard work and a spirit of helping our neighbors in need was front and center.  In all we were able to serve 167 households which accounts for 664 individuals.

Participating Rotarians were Mark Griglione, Dan Mihelich, Damon Sloan, Ricardo Espinoza, Bret Mitchell, Rich DeGrush, Mike Rittof, Howard Hamilton, Cary Jenkins and Bill Jenkins.  Joliet Rotary Interact members Brae Salazar, Kenny Nguyen, Maggie Risher, Rafael Alejo, Sarah Schalk and Carol Collins.  Friends and family volunteers Kevin and Carole Reardon, Bob Kobe, Charlie Mihelich, Sean Hamilton and Liam Jenkins.
